DISSEMINATION

GeoNight is an event dedicated to popularising geographical science, aiming to highlight the importance of geography to the general public through engaging interactive content. Special emphasis is placed on promoting modern scientific achievements and research methods, providing participants with insight into current trends and opportunities for applying geography in various fields. The event brings together pupils, students , and interested citizens, encouraging active participation and raising awareness of geography’s role in contemporary society.

During this year’s event, held April 8, 2026, University od Niš Main Hall, equipment purchased through the Predict-Er project, #GRANT No. 7047, of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, was presented, along with the project itself, its goals, and its significance for advancing scientific research and education.
